White Beach Puerto Galera "Water is my Sky"

I cannot fly but I can definitely swim.  People often ask me why do I always go the beach specially if it is my birthday.  I have many answers actually.  It gives me serenity.  It makes me feel that I belong.   It understands my mood.  It makes me remember the love of my father.   It refreshes my memory.

Too much of my nostalgic moments,  let me share you my "Blessed 28th" with my bffs PJ & Cary :

If you hate long hours of travel and you love beaches,  you can consider White Beach Puerto Galera.  With 3-hr drive by bus from Manila to Batangas Port and 45 minutes by boat
Day 1:
Manila to Batangas Port
Jam bus in Buendia :  Php 140 - 160
Boat :  Php 250 one way / Php 450 round trip

Bohol Trip "The Local Venice of the Philippines"

During our second visit in Cebu,  we decided to go for a side trip since the place is only 2-hr away by Ferry.  It was a day tour actually that we all enjoyed.  From Lapu-lapu City,  the place where we stayed,  we took a cab for an hour to the port.  With good facilities and ambience,  we chose "SuperCat" fast craft back & forth for a promo price of Php 800 round trip [first trip : 6am last trip : 6:30pm]

If you are a "frugal backpackers type", you can make arrangements with the drivers near the port.  Rent a van costs around Php 2k - Php 2,500 which is already good for 4 persons.

Our First Destination :  BACLAYON CHURCH
If you want to go inside the church there is an entrance fee of Php 50.00.  Taking pictures in front and outside the church is for free.





NEXT STOP : XZOOTIC ANIMAL PARK
Entrance of Php 20.00 with 5% discount on souvenir items





LOBOC RIVER :  THE LOCAL VENICE
Buffet:  Php 300
Entrance : Php 100 with free post card
Lunch cruise in the river was so romantic indeed.  You will get enchant with the talented locals singing and dancing while you are eating :-)
